Ordering and payment
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.
A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online from Cycamart.in you can see the product through image and be able to go through order confirmation & payment process. This could save couple of days or your precious time.
A: You can use all the major Debit cards, Credit cards, Net Banking, UPI payments etc. to proceed your online order.
A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” user can change their contact information.
A: We have three options in delivery. Free Shipping, Standard Shipping and Fast Shipping. It depends on the product and your option which is suitable for you and your city. If there all there options are available then you can claim the benefit of any one of them.
A: If you change your mind and wants to cancel your order then simply drop a mail before order process completed. If we have already processed your order, you should contact us to return the product and ask for refund as per policy on our mail support@cycamart.in
A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. In any condition product is Out of Stock then we will notify you through mail, when it is back in stock.

A: To create an account or login go to https://cycamart.in/my-account
A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “Lost your password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.
A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page (https://cycamart.in/my-account) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.
A: Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

Delivery
Yes you can track your order by going on my account page once your has been shipped.
It can take minimum 3 to 7 days to deliver your product at your door step.
It is depending on location and zones. Our least shipping cost starts from Rs.40 onwards.
You can change your shipping address by going on my account page and select addresses. By edit option you can change your shipping address.
